  • Designing a Platform Thinking Based Service Engineering Strategy for Digital Transformation

    2018 IEEE International Conference on Engineering, Technology and Innovation (ICE/ITMC)

    This qualitative case study describes a modern platform thinking based strategy for service engineering. It has been developed as result of the agile implementation of a modular service platform for automotive logistics. The research is presented as an action design research case, that shows how service engineering techniques can benefit from entrepreneurial initiatives in a digital transformation environment.

    I created the strategy and the user-experience design concept for MYOUR, an industry defining B2B platform in automotive logistics, that enables a fully digitized mapping of business & communication processes between customers and suppliers. I acted as Product Owner during the initial implementation and later consulted in the strategic development of other spin-off platforms.
